As a professional journalist, founding Compassion for the Disabled Uganda has been one of the most profound blessings of my life. It has allowed me to merge my passion for storytelling with a greater purpose — amplifying the voices of disabled individuals, advocating for their rights, and raising awareness through the power of media.
This journey has shown me that when stories are told with truth and compassion, they not only inform but ignite action. Every voice shared, every challenge revealed, and every dream expressed through our platform moves us closer to a more inclusive society. I have witnessed transformation — not just in the lives of those we serve, but in myself as well.
I sincerely hope that my experience inspires students, especially those studying journalism and communication, to use their knowledge and skills not only for career growth but to serve humanity. There is power in media — unmatched, immediate, and far-reaching. When used responsibly and lawfully, it becomes more than a tool — it becomes a force for change.
"Media used with integrity is not just a mirror of society — it is the hammer that shapes it."
